- Admission Requirements for Electrical and Computer Engineering Program:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related area
- Students from other engineering fields, mathematics, or science may also be admitted
- with an extra requirement to complete undergraduate level background deficiency courses

- Students must have a minimum GPA (determined at the time of admission)
- GRE scores
- Students with degrees from non-U.S. institutions must submit official scores of the GRE General Test
- English proficiency exam scores
- Applicants whose native language is not English must provide scores

- Statement of purpose
- Two letters of recommendation
- may be necessary if GPA and/or GRE scores do not reflect the student's skills or abilities
