Admission Requirements
- At least a 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale is required.
- English proficiency must be met, or conditional admission can be requested with an IEP application.
- Some Engineering majors may have limited capacity and may not be open to new students.
- Direct admission to certain colleges and majors may require SAT or ACT scores to be sent directly to WVU from the testing services.
- For all other majors, international students are encouraged (but not required) to submit SAT or ACT scores if available.
- SAT or ACT scores can also be used to determine scholarship eligibility.
