- International Baccalaureate (IB): 38 points overall, 18 from Higher Level to include Maths and Physics, Standard Level 5 English. Applicants who have not completed both Maths and Physics at Higher Level are not considered suitable for first year entry

- Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia\xa0(STPM):\xa0AA in Mathematics and Physics plus A one other subject.
- Monash University Foundation Year (MUFY): Minimum of 310 overall with 80% average in Mathematics and Physics and subject to attending an extended technical induction programme.
