- IELTS: 6.5 overall. 60% overall. Cognate degree requirements: Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Maths, Audiology, Bioengineering, Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Engineering Materials, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering. Module requirement -\xa0 2.1 in at least one advanced maths module, which can include algorithms. On average maths modules should be at a 2.1. Exception to this requirement: for applicants with a background in Audiology we can accept without advanced maths.\xa0 Applicants with an engineering degree should have studied some of the modules listed below (modules studied will reflect whether the degree is Engineering or Electronics focussed).\xa0
