Admission Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a physical, chemical, biological, or environmental science or engineering program
- Minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
- Lower GPAs may be considered if student circumstances warrant
- Proof of English language proficiency required for non-native English speakers
- Scores from one of the following proficiency exams must be submitted: TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE Academic
- Completion of at least 2 courses each in calculus, chemistry, and physics, and at least 1 course in the biological sciences
- Some experience or background in statistics preferred
- Stronger preparation in specific subjects may be required based on area of research (e.g. math including differential equations for those focusing on quantitative hydrology)
