Admission Requirements
- Official transcripts for all completed years of secondary school work (U.S. and abroad) must be submitted by all freshmen.
- Translations of non-English documents are required.
- At least 23 upper level hours in the major must be chosen at UM-D out of the minimum 45 required.
- A maximum of 6 hours of independent study/research in any Dept. of Natural Sciences discipline can count towards the required 120 hours for graduation.
- Prior completion of physical and biological science requirements is necessary.
- A cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 in all major courses is required for graduation.
