- Official transcripts showing degree awarded from accredited college/university must be provided
- Alternate admissions standards may be considered for programs with accrediting body allowance
- UofM undergraduate students applying to Graduate School at UofM do not need to request official transcripts
- For domestic students, signed and sealed transcripts in possession may be used for admission, but official transcript may be requested later
- Entrance examination may be required for new applicants within five years of application date, per individual program's discretion
