- Complete and submit the Common Application Online and UIC section
- Submit the $60 nonrefundable application fee or select an application waiver
- Graduated applicants without prior college education must submit official high school transcript showing evidence of graduation from accredited high school or official GED transcript with passing scores
- Current high school students must submit official high school transcript through Recommender process within Common Application School Form
- Complete either American College Test (ACT) or College Board Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT-R)
- ACT or SAT scores can be submitted electronically or printed on official transcripts
