Admission Requirements
- All students seeking the B.B.A. must complete the general education core curriculum courses required by McCoy College
- All McCoy College students whose Texas State GPA falls below a 2.0 will be placed on restricted status by McCoy College and on probation by Texas State
- In order to have a solid foundation in business, students must complete the common core of business courses required by McCoy College
- An overall GPA of 2.0 or higher is required for acceptance into the B.B.A. program
- McCoy College students are required to adhere to the academic standards and policies set by Texas State and McCoy College
- Completion of the prerequisite course "Introduction to Accounting" with a grade of C or higher is required
- Students must declare accounting as their major before enrolling in upper-level accounting courses
