- Pay the $25 application fee (Check or Money Order)
- Submit Official TOEFL or IELTS scores
- If English Comp I is passed with a "C" or better, TOEFL/IELTS may be waived
- Provide a notarized Affidavit of Support and financial statement (not older than 6 months)
- Submit Official transcripts from US colleges/universities attended
- Official transcripts and school records with course-by-course listing must be evaluated by a foreign educational credential agency at student's expense
