- Official transcripts and school records evaluated by a foreign educational credential agency (at student's expense)
- Transcripts must include course-by-course listing and grades
- Copy of current and valid passport
- Evidence of sufficient financial resources (minimum $28,500 USD) and affidavit of support
- International students with student visa must submit tuberculosis certificate within 30 days of classes
