- Complete the ApplyTexas.org Application (International) and pay the nonrefundable $75 application fee in U.S. currency
- Transcripts must be submitted from all high schools and colleges/universities attended
- For transcripts from non-U.S. schools, they must be translated and evaluated by a NACES accredited service or SDR Educational Consultants
- International transcripts must have a course-by-course evaluation from an accredited company
- Accepted forms of payment for the application fee include MasterCard, American Express, VISA, Discover Card, money order, or check drawn from a U.S. bank
- Official transcripts must be sent directly from the educational institution to the program
- Transcripts can also be submitted electronically if the institution offers this option.
