- Submit a copy of passport name/photo page (and any dependent(s)).
- Provide original bank statement, signed and stamped by the bank, showing evidence of Financial Support for one academic year ($34,175 USD).
- Submit unofficial transcripts from all institutions attended outside the U.S., translated into English.
- Official international transcripts must be provided after arrival.
- Official U.S. transcripts must be provided prior to admission.
- Request official scores on the English language test to be sent directly to SVSU (conditional admission may be offered if scores are not submitted or do not meet requirements).
