- A bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university
- Official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate schools
- An undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or above for full admission, or between 2.7 and 3.0 for provisional admission
- 19 credits of college-level mathematics and science, including first semester calculus and statistics, biology (anatomy/physiology), chemistry (organic chemistry), and physics
