- Bachelor's degree from an accredited US institution or equivalent training from a foreign university
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale for last 60 hours of coursework
- Scores from Verbal Reasoning, Quantitative Reasoning, and Analytical Writing sections of GRE
