- Submit $35 nonrefundable application fee, which can be paid by money order or check with routing numbers.
- Online applicants can pay with American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.
- Submit a copy of valid passport.
- If already in the US, submit a copy of valid Visa.
- Submit copies of pages 1-3 of current I-20 and front and back of I-94 card or I-94 information print out.
- Request official transcripts from all post-secondary institution(s) to be sent directly to an accredited external evaluation service.
- If transcripts are written in a foreign language, also submit official translation in English.
