Submit the $35 nonrefundable application fee (money order or check with routing numbers), or use American Express, Visa, or MasterCard for online applications. 3. Submit a copy of your valid passport. 4. If currently in the United States, also submit a copy of your valid Visa and copies of pages 1-3 of your current I-20, as well as the front and back of your I-94 card or I-94 information print out. 5. Official transcripts from all post-secondary institution(s) must be submitted. 6. Transcripts must be sent directly to an accredited external evaluation service. 7. If transcripts are in a foreign language, an official English translation is required in addition to the original copy.
