- Submit official graduate application
- Pay $35 nonrefundable application fee (money order, check with routing numbers, American Express, Visa, or MasterCard accepted for online applications)
- Provide a copy of valid passport
- If in the U.S., submit a copy of valid Visa
- Submit copies of pages 1-3 of current I-20 and front/back of I-94 card or I-94 information printout
- Request official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions
- Have transcripts sent directly to accredited external evaluation service (if in a foreign language, provide official English translation in addition to original copy)
