Request that all secondary schools, colleges, or universities attended and examination boards send official transcripts, diplomas, mark sheets, and certificates directly to Michigan State University in a sealed envelope. 4. Have scores from the accepted testing agency (TOEFL, IELTS, SAT, MSUELT, or MELAB). 5. International students may choose to submit SAT or ACT scores, but it is not required. 6.
