- Minimum GPA of 3.000 (on a 4.000 scale) in a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in engineering, science, or a clinical field
- Copies of all transcripts from colleges/universities (excluding Marquette)
- Two letters of recommendation
- Statement of purpose outlining career goals and how the program will assist in achieving them
- GRE (General Test only), GMAT, or MCAT scores. Waived for doctoral degree holders and B.S. degree holders in engineering with a GPA of 3.300 or higher from a regionally accredited university in the US
- TOEFL score or other acceptable proof of English proficiency
