- Transcripts must show completion of undergraduate courses in health assessment, nursing research, and statistics (including inferential analysis)
- A resume and written statement of professional goals must be included
- Three completed recommendation letters are required
- Recommendation letters must be prepared by previous or present employers or teachers familiar with graduate education in nursing
