- Corporate membership of a professional body concerned with property or construction, for example, RICS, CIOB, RIBA, RTPI, CIOH, or other relevant body of equal standing;\xa0or
- A good Honours degree in a non-construction subject and some experience in the construction and development fields.
- A qualification regarded as equivalent to the above;\xa0or
- 2:1 degree or above in a discipline relevant to the Built Environment, for example Estate Management, Quantity or Building Surveying, Building, Architecture, Town Planning, Housing or related discipline;\xa0or
