Admission Requirements
- Complete and submit the Common Application and Personal Statement.
- Fill out the Haverford Common Application Supplement and Honor Code essay.
- Request a School Report and submit the most recent transcript, including 1st quarter grades if applying Early Decision (ED).
- Provide the School Profile and Counselor Report.
- Submit two Teacher Evaluations, one from an English, Math, Science, Social Studies, or Foreign Language teacher.
- Pay the $65 Application Fee or request a fee waiver.
- Submit the Mid-Year School Report Form with attached Secondary School Transcript as soon as first trimester or first semester grades are available.
- (Optional) Send in Standardized Test Results from the SAT or ACT Exam.
