- Completed requirements for Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Engineering, or Mathematical discipline at an accredited college or university
- Successfully completed courses in calculus, probability, linear algebra, and analysis/advanced calculus
- Provided scores from the GRE and TOEFL (international students only) to the College of Graduate Studies
- Submitted all required admissions documents to the College of Graduate Studies
- Bachelor's Degree must be from an accredited college or university
- International students must provide TOEFL scores in addition to GRE scores
