- Age requirement of 17 years and above.
- Four-year undergraduate degree or equivalent in electrical engineering, electronics and communications, electronic engineering, computer engineering, or a closely related discipline with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
- Three-year undergraduate degree or equivalent in electrical engineering, electronics and communications, electronic engineering, computer engineering, or a closely related discipline with a minimum GPA of 2.75 for Bridge program.
- TOEFL iBT score of 75 or IELTS score of 6.0 required for 1-Semester (2021-2022), Bridge (2021-2022), and 1-Semester (2022-2023).
