Admission Requirements
- Complete either the ACT or SAT
- Submit official high school transcripts through counselor or school official
- Provide three letters of recommendation: one from counselor and two from academic teachers (English, math, social studies, science, foreign language)
- Write a one-page personal essay and answer short essay questions specific to Duke
- Non-native English speakers/students not in English-medium curriculum recommended (but not required) to take English proficiency test (DUOLINGO, IELTS, PTE, TOEFL)
- Pay $85 nonrefundable application fee
- Furnish home country's U.S. consulate with proof of ability to meet educational expenses and obtain I-20 form for F-1 visa.
