- Apply online for admission to Coppin State University (CSU) through the Office of Admissions
- Submit official transcripts from each college attended prior to CSU indicating successful completion of Prerequisite and General Education Requirements (GERs) courses to both the CSU Office of Admissions and the College of Health Professions Academic Success Center
- Submit three (3) Letters of Recommendation only to the College of Health Professions Academic Success Center
- Include a Letter of Interest
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale
