- Completed application with $40 non-refundable fee
- Transcripts and degree certificates from all colleges/universities attended
- Foreign education evaluation from approved servicers (ECE, WES, or SpanTran)
- Proof of meeting English language proficiency requirements (options listed on CSU website)
- Official score report of required standardized tests (GRE, GMAT, MAT)
