- Submit a copy of your passport information page with your documents
- All secondary-school records
- Academic preparation essentially equivalent to a B.A. or a B.S. degree in Mathematics at CSUN with a GPA of at least 3.0 in all undergraduate work
- A grade of “B” or better in each of the common five upper division core courses in the Mathematics major
- Applicants who have studied in the U.S. are also required to have the U.S.institution(s) send official transcript(s) directly to CSUN
- A $55.00 (US currency) non-refundable application fee
- Be in good academic standing at the last college or university attended.
