Admission Requirements
- Graduate from high school by the end of the Spring term prior to Fall enrollment
- Complete high school with a minimum grade of C in college preparatory courses
- Achieve a minimum GPA of 2.5 in college preparatory subjects, and a minimum CSULB Index of 3,200 for non-STEM majors, or 3,600 for STEM majors
- Submit all transcripts from previous institutions
- Provide SAT/ACT scores
- For non-STEM majors, a minimum CSULB Index of 3,500 and a GPA of 3.0 in college preparatory subjects is required
- For STEM majors, a minimum CSULB Index of 3,600 and a GPA of 3.0 in college preparatory subjects is required (note: this is higher than the minimum for CSU system-wide eligibility)
