Admission Requirements
- Course in physical geology and a course in historical geology required
- Differential and integral college calculus necessary
- Two semesters of college physics and two semesters of college chemistry required
- College biology may substitute for one semester of physics
- The Graduate Record Exam (GRE) verbal and quantitative required with official scores
- Deficiencies in mathematics or allied sciences may be accepted but must be removed before 12 credits of graduate work in geology.
