- Eligibility Requirements: - Applicant must be an international student - Must be admitted to the University of South Florida as a new incoming student - Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 - Must enroll as a full-time student (12 credit hours per semester) - Must demonstrate financial need - Must provide a statement of purpose - Must submit two letters of recommendation - Must demonstrate academic excellence and involvement in extracurricular activities
