Eligibility Requirements: To be considered for the Nonresident Transfer Level 1 Scholarship at the University of Missouri - Columbia, applicants must meet the following requirements: 1. Be a nonresident student transferring from a college or university outside of Missouri. 2. Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. 3. Be accepted for admission to the University of Missouri - Columbia. 4. Enroll as a full-time student (at least 12 credit hours per semester). 5. Demonstrate financial need.
