- Eligibility Requirements: - Applicant must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student at Illinois State University. - Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. - Must demonstrate financial need as determined by the Office of Financial Aid. - Must be majoring in a field related to agriculture, education, or social science.
