- - Level of study: Postgraduate degree (master's or PhD) - Descent: Must be a citizen of a country outside of the UK and EU - Academic excellence: Must have achieved a minimum of a 2:1 (or equivalent) in their undergraduate degree - Membership requirements: - Must be a current member of a university in Wales or have a confirmed offer to study at a university in Wales - Must be willing to actively contribute to the promotion and development of education and research in Wales - Must be willing to share their study and research experiences in Wales with others in their home country upon completion of their degree
