- Eligibility Requirements: 1. Applicant must be currently enrolled as a full-time student at Illinois State University. 2. Applicant must be pursuing a degree in Mathematics Education. 3. Applicant must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. 4. Applicant must have completed at least one semester of mathematics education courses. 5.
